Joey Goldfarb is the company Secretary and is the controlling financial partner. He too is one of Fort Hill's original founders. He serves as the Project Manager for many of our more complex projects. His intense organizational skills are especially helpful when it comes to complicated builds and tight schedules. He maintains oversight of construction, as well as the financial aspects of the project.

Randy Foote
Founding Partner
Senior Project Manager
Randy Foote is a founding partner. He has been in construction for over forty years, beginning as a union journeyman carpenter. He has been one of our senior project managers for twenty years, both in Los Angeles and New York. He has managed some of our largest projects, and he brings extensive experience in all facets of structural work to the team.

George Peper
Founding Partner
President
George Peper is the company President. He has been with Fort Hill since its inception in 1966. For the last twenty-five years, as president, George has been involved in all project development with new clients, whether new construction or remodels. He plays an active role throughout the entire preconstruction process. He works closely with the Estimating Department on all cost estimates once a project is ready for bidding. Additionally, George remains fully involved throughout the duration of construction and continues to monitor each project by working closely with the team in the field. He attends weekly job meetings and is updated on all developments.

Mark Spector
Founding Partner
Senior Project Manager
Mark Spector is also a founding partner. He has been working in construction for forty years. The first twenty of these, he worked as a finish carpenter and cabinet maker. Since then, he has been one of our senior Project Managers. Mark spent seven years running our New York office. He brings extensive hands-on construction experience to the team. He is proficient in incorporating computer technology for construction management, including the company's scheduling program and proprietary project management program.
