Jerrica Siembeda

Manager of Service Department

Jerrica Siembeda is Scott Schuster's Office Manager. She does all of the scheduling for the Service Department, manages the department's staff and has a marvelous ability to attend to all of our clients' needs. She is the first person to call if there is a problem. She can do a proposal for any amount of work, whether a wall repair or a kitchen remodel. She completes the pricing, scheduling, and manages a staff of fifteen laborers, carpenters, and supervisors.

Bing Guerin

LEED Accredited Professional

Bing Guerin serves as LEED Consultant and Sustainable Materials Analyst. Prior to joining our team at Fort Hill in January 2010, Bing served as a Project Manager for Ryland Homes, a Fortune-500 home builder. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Northeastern University. Bing has received the LEED AP accreditation from the United States Green Building Council, and is credentialed as a Project Management Professional through the Project Management Institute.

Scott Schuster

Head of Service Department

Scott Schuster has been with Fort Hill for over twenty-five years, directing the Service Department with a trained crew available twenty four hours a day, seven days a week for our clients. He is a jack of all trades, who can fix and troubleshoot anything. He manages everything from small fixes to large repairs and remodels.

Deirdre Goldfarb

Business Manager
In House Counsel

Deirdre Goldfarb serves as In House Counsel and Business Manager, as well as LEED Consultant. She has been working for the company for five years. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Environmental Science and focused on Environmental Law while attaining her law degree. She has been a member of the Bar since 2005. She brings this passion into her work on Fort Hill's sustainable building projects.
